Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Use Subscription in your Mozonic account to upgrade or pick a different paid plan (monthly or annual Stripe checkout). If you already pay through Stripe, Manage Billing opens the Stripe Customer Portal to update payment methods, switch plans, or cancel—timing follows Stripe and your renewal date. Returning to Free usually happens when your current paid period ends. Activation codes from retail partners are separate from card billing; see the Payment & Refund Policy.
Do you offer student discounts?
We don't run a student discount program today. You can start on the Free plan and upgrade when it fits; if we add education pricing later, we'll post it here.
What payment methods do you accept?
Direct checkout on mozonic.com is processed by Stripe. Where Checkout supports it, that typically includes major credit and debit cards, PayPal (when available), and Apple Pay or Google Pay. See our Payment & Refund Policy for full detail.
