Welcome to Mozonic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered mix analysis platform. By accessing or using Mozonic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

By creating an account, uploading audio files, or using any features of Mozonic, you acknowledge that:

• •You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service
• •You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• •You have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement
• •All information you provide is accurate and current

Account Creation

To use Mozonic, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

Subscription & Payments

Mozonic offers Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Paid plans are purchased directly on mozonic.com through our payment processor (Stripe), or activated with a code from an authorized retail partner:

• •Direct subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• •You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees
• •Activation codes grant fixed-term access and do not auto-renew
• •Refunds follow our Payment & Refund Policy; purchases made through a retail partner follow that seller's return policy
• •We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

You agree NOT to use Mozonic to:

• ✗Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• ✗Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our AI algorithms
• ✗Share your account credentials with others
• ✗Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• ✗Circumvent usage limits or restrictions on your subscription plan
• ✗Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• ✗Scrape, data mine, or automate requests to overload our servers

Your Content

You retain all rights to the audio files you upload. By using Mozonic, you grant us:

• •A limited license to process your files for analysis purposes
• •Permission to use anonymized analysis data to improve our AI
• •The right to store your files to provide the service, until you delete the associated session or your account

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of Mozonic (including AI algorithms, analysis reports, user interface, logos, and trademarks) are owned by Mozonic and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS":

• •Mozonic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• •We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free service
• •AI recommendations are for informational purposes only
• •Results may vary and professional judgment should always be applied

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

In no event shall Mozonic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• •Violation of these Terms of Service
• •Non-payment or fraudulent payment activity
• •Abusive behavior toward our staff or other users
• •At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Mozonic after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
